We’ve been without ac for 21 days. AHS connected us with a horrible company as far as service.
After two visits from technician, he just sent in diagnosis five days ago. The parts are ready but we have NO INSTALL date. AHS can’t seem to contact their contractor and have done NOTHING to expedite the matter. I’ve called almost every day.
This is the worst company for efficiency and there is no accountability! When you call AHS it seems you are speaking with an overseas call center, so no local contact to help.
