American Home Shield replaced my water softener with a defective one and refuses to correct problem but made it worse they let the contractor who installed it tell them if they would return and fix problem, they let the contractor Golden State Plumbing call all the shots.If American Home Shield would have put there foot down with this contractor and made them come back out and replace the unit by taking it back to home depot to exchange it this wouldn't be a issue but American Home Shield wouldn't do anything. What am I paying them for. They keep telling me at this point they can't do anything and that I (myself) would have to deal with the manufacturer.
It's not that they can't do anything at this point it's that they choose not to do anything.
