AHS use to be a company that serviced its customers especially the military but there services is degraded with the vendors that that they hire and the call center that is not out sourced with people that can only read from a script. Also because the company refuses to purchase the big items like and air conditioner or heater they come and patch the system over and over, which fixes nothing.
I am telling everyone that will listen don't waste your money towards investing in this company that has lengthy customer service wait times, employs a 24-hr help desk but can't find vendors to work on the weekends, hire inexperienced personnel that are trained to provide temp fixes and just forgot the importance of the great customer service.
Save you money an pay for service when needed. This is not the company for you and this is based on fact not opinion.
