AC unit went out it took them 2 days to have someone come out. The guy showed up in a smashed up car with windows out.

Didn't have all the tools to check the AC unit. Was informed that the unit was dead and I need a new one. AHS said they are only going to replace the compressor. Had another service company come out through AHS and he checked more thoroughly, found a breaker blown and a fuse blown.

The Kelly's HVAC that came out never even checked anything in the house. I have spent several thousands of dollars with AHS and regret it terribly.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $4500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Cut your losses! Get out NOW!

Call the options department at AHS, and ask for a cashout option on the compressor replacement. It will be about $400. Then, take that money, and put it towards a new system or a pair of window units. You should not replace a compressor in an HVAC system.

You will pay for the freon and are guaranteed to have chronic problems. You will stay a slave to AHS for years and that’s how they like it!!!

Get out NOW and cancel the plan. Your safety and sanity is at risk.
