I renewed and paid AHS for 12 months today. Immediately my new contract said I had to wait 30 days before I could claim.
All I did was renew with a chatline rep standing by and walking me through the system. Now AHS is saying I have to pay again as I did not renew correctly and took out a new contract. I do not know what to do. They keep saying to look for a renew now red tag on my home page but it is not there.
I have spent 1.5 hours trying to comply and pay again.
Everytime I attempt to contact or pay AHS it costs me hours and hours for nothing. I am so frustrated.
