Once you do actually get through to a customer service rep, you'll either be amazed or disgusted by their complete lack of integrity and their total lack of knowledge. I've been waiting 6 weeks for an A/C repair!
Had to have an Electrician come out and make Panel box repairs. That only took 3 weeks! Then requested the A/C person come back out. I was told by a rep that she had to contact the Electrician to make sure I had paid the $75 co-pay!
WHAT??? If I hadn't paid him, do they think he would have come out 2 more times to make repairs?The rep called him at 7:00 p.m.
on a Friday night, like he's still going to be in his office!. Then it took 3 more weeks to finally get an A/C repair ...If you're looking for a totally incompetent bunch of screw ups, then this is just the company you're looking for!
Reason of review: Total lack of commitment to the consumer.
American Home Shield Cons: No communication from supervisor.
