The parts are available sooner than that! The AhS contractor doesn’t want them to be available sooner, because his money isn’t made in going to the new dispatches!

He only gets to collect the service fee anyway, and has to wait a few weeks to even receive that. The parts will cost HIM money, not AHS, and he can’t bill AHS any more money for what he is out! AHS has the contractor over a barrel, so his best course of action is to delay your repair!!!! Eventually they will have to come out.

They will never yell you when the part is there, because you will demand immediate installation! It is the week before Christmas and they are trying to MAKe money by going on as many NEW dispatches as they can get, not go back to RE-service ones they’ve already been to, where there is no more money!!!! Doesn’t this make sense? They WONT let you use a different, more expedient parts source, and they WONT give you the tracking number so that you can see where your part is.

Bypass the warranty and call someone else. Just pay for it and be done with home warranties!!!!
