Call Dan my broken refrigerator on March 8. March 11 got a call from express appliance.
They had me crawl around on my floor with my cell phone its 60 years of age. And shove my phone in the freezer. For them to view it. Its now March 30.
I waited at home all day one week ago. No repairman ever showed up. I lost a day of work. And everything in my refrigerator.
This is very poor customer service. And I want to cash out. But they tell me they cant because Xpress appliance will not release my account. Because I have a part at my house.
Which did not arrive until March 22 . Im very disappointed in this company.
