I'm a very upset customer. On August 27, 2019 I called to inquire the additional monthly charge to add my pool equipment and was given $13,33.mo then I asked how much it would be to cover the air conditioner in our casita and was told it was included in our contract.
Yesterday I attempted to placed a service request through your phone prompt service for a problem with the air conditioner in the cosita and was told it was not included in our contract.
I the placed a call with customer service and the wait was 46 minutes. Per the prompt I left my phone number for a call back 20 hours later nothing.
I attempted to go online to login. Numerous attempts to login using my email and password keeps telling me one or the other is incorrect. Attempted to use your "Forgot password" says it will send an email.
Six attempts and no email.
Does American Home Shield had humans working there? What am I paying for.
