called American Home Shield 6/15/2018 to report a stoppage in toilet, was told a contractor would contact be soon. They did set up appointment for 6/18/2018, came to home there for 15 minutes and said could not fix blockage, told me that blockage was from roof vent (I live in a ranch home) and I would have to pay 425.00 for repair then left.
Called AHS and told them why am I paying you 60.00 a month, was told that they would send someone else out to complete job? today is 6/20/218 no one has come or called, So I called AHS again and was told my second request was cancelled?once again a asked why am I paying you 60.00 a month, so very wisly the CSR said I don't now why you are paying us 60.00 a month?
So I will cancel contract. WHAT A COMPANY
