Please know that I have had a horrible time dealing with AHS, customer service agents and the vendors they assigned to my home. The Plumber inc, DO NOT SHOW UP, and when they do show up, they do nothing.
When problems arise, The employees at AHS refuse to escalate problems to management. In my case we called to request service for hot water heater repair (we have been without hot water since December 27th, AHS REFUSED to grant our case priority status) instead forced us to wait. Since the request on Dec 27 and the plumber didn't show up till December 31st and the plumber did not make any repairs. He left on the 31st and we never heard from him till January 5th.
We have made many attempts to get the issue resolved and requested to have our case RE-assigned to a different plumber.
The new plumber DIDN'T SHOW UP EITHER. We have made 10 phone calls to customer service , all to no avail.
User's recommendation: RUN!!! Do not buy this service.
Monetary Loss: $650.
