American Home Shield - Upset customer
I have been dealing with a broken dish washer since August 2021.
AHS sent a technician to repair September first week , dishwasher broke from same
Problem I requested a recall and was given the run around consistently they called the contactor and didnt succeed in talking to anyone also sent email and nothing , I called myself several times never any answer .
The conversation would end up with were going to ask the higher up department to reach you nothing after 10 time of receiving g the same answer and me asking is there anyone I can talk to in that department the answer was always we can just send an email , It's now December 14
And I still have not heard from AHS ,
It seems like all we can talk to is the call center after being a consumer with them for 20 years I am now forced to speak to a call center that is trained on a script to say the same thing I will send a email to that department.
I will never recommend anyone to AHS
