After Two months with NO HEAT, my daughter was finally able to get a hold of someone with AHS who could do something. She asked for a cash payment in lieu of having Artic Heating and AC do the repair.

She still has not heard from them. Remember them, part is on BACKORDER? She had her furnace replaced within 3 days. AHS paid $1,600 in lieu of services but it cost her $2,400 to have replaced.

They said check could take 6 weeks, it was there in about 3 weeks.

As soon as check arrived she canceled her AHS policy. As I said Don't Waste Your Money.

Still waiting to hear why my claim was deniec,can't get answers most time I'm on hold for a hour or longer,i never use this service hardly ,service is awful,I'm at wits end with ahs,what do i do? Been a customer since 1995.

Pay for your repairs yourself and nix the home warranty. You can buy really good service out there without a home warranty!
