I have had unacceptable service from AHS. AT ONE POINT.
I REQUESTED SERVICE WHEN MY HVAC UNIT STOPPED WORKING DURING THE WINTER. MY HUSBAND WASAT THAT TIME UNDER HOSPICE CARE. WE HAD NO HEAT AND TEMPS. WERE IN THE 20 to 30 DEGREE RANGE.
AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO HAVE THIS FIXED. SOMETIMES STAYING ON HOLD FOR 2 (Two) HOURS. I DID NOT GET SERVICE FOR FOUR WEEKS.
THOUGHT THIS WAS A ONE TIME EVENT. THREE WEEK AGO THE SAME UNIT STOPPED COOLING.
SERVICE PERSON CAME OUT TO CHECK UNIT. TOLD ME NOTHING WAS WRONG. LEFT WITHOUT FIXING UNIT. I CALLED BACK TO HAVE ANOTHER CHECK.
SERVICE COMPANY HAS YET TO RETURN.
CANCELED WARRANTY. PAID A REPUTABLE COMPANY TO INSTALL NEW UNIT.
NOW AMERICAN HOME SHIELD IS.
BILLING ME FOR CANCELING THE CONTRACT.
Service call winter of 2018. One of many calls.
PLEASE NEVER CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
