Yesterday during a complaint with a customer service representative, she hung up the phone and ended the call while I was making a complaint in the middle of the conversation. She constantly attempted to talk I’ve rne while I was explaining my concern of another customer representative.
She was very rude during the entire call. She did have my phone number just in case we were disconnected but I never received a phone call. I called back to talk to a supervisor or manager and was given the run around by this employee as well. I left my phone number expecting a phone call back and I’m still waiting.
This was so unprofessional and very poor customer service.
If I would of known how I would be treated as a customer, I would have selected another home warranty service but I just purchased this service about a month ago. I hope the customer service gets better.
