I am a customer of AHS and I have been very pleased with the service, until today. In March of this year I had to have a compressor replaced by AHS.

At that time, I paid for the Freon to go back into the unit.

Monday the air was blowing cold and a technician came out and said the compressor was defective and that particular brand was known to be defective and it would need to be replaced.

I called to find out from your company why I would have to replace the Freon if the part placed in my unit was defective. ( I was transferred to 2 different people who could not be of any assistance) I felt that the Freon should have been replaced free as well because the defective part was the reason for the replacement.

They have ordered my compressor and I am asking that AHS cover the freon in full.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
