AHS had Total Air Care go to my house-their tech told my tenant that there was no leak in the AC unit and he could put Freon in and with the 75.00 AHS charge it would be 240.00-My tenant paid him and a week later no AC again -I called Total Air care and they said they never received payment and I sent them a copy of cashed check that thje tech had my tenant write to him-He stole our money and did nothing -it is now 22 days later and my Tenant still has no AC
Total Air care is a horrible company and tells you whatever you want to hear -If AHS says that Total Air Care is coming to your house -ask for another company -thats if you can ever get AHS backl on the phone after you pay them for your warranty
