Absolutely useless customer service, every rep I talked to screwed up my request (account changes, incorrect billing, cancellation, you name it) You need 2-3 calls at 30 minute plus wasting your time waiting on hold.The reps won't give you any contact with management.
They say they'll call you back, never do. They say they'll send you confirmation of whatever change they just messed up, and of course they never do so you have to call again. There is no other way to contact them.
Online contact form just clears when you hit submit.They're all poorly trained useless idiots.
