I paid 75 dollars for them to send a company out to look at my freezer. First time the person company makes an appointment and then now shows.
They then rebook me without consulting me with a day or time. They show up and the techs start looking things up on the internet to try and fix the issue. They said they did but they didn't . I called back and they sent the same company out a second time.
Supposedly this was a senior tech. They do show up and he fixes something different. Doesn't fix the problem. I call back and they say that if I don't pay another 75 dollars I will have to have the same company come out again.
I agree to let the company come out one more time. This time the company no shows again. I called AHS back and ask to talk to a supervisor. They say someone will call me back this was on Monday.
They didn't. Called again today requesting a supervisor. I was told a supervisor would call me back but that I would have to wait. Still no call and my appliance is still not working.
I also sent the company an email after the 2nd no show and they of course haven't responded. I am so frustrated that I can't talk to someone about this.
I have taken 4 half days off work and the problem is still not fixed. It is unacceptable that you can't talk to a supervisor since the regular customer service people sound like broken record.
User's recommendation: Don't use them.

Preferred solution: Either send out a new company who can fix my issue for free or replace my fridge since 2 people have come out and have not been able to fix it. .
