New ReviewerI called AHS because my A/C unit was making noise. The first contractor showed up and said it was the blower motor and he would have to order the part.
When they came the second time, the first tech was sick and they sent a guy that had only been with them a short while. He burned up two blower motors cause he didn't know how to wire them and when he left the noise was still there and the unit was freezing up and running constantly. I called AHS and requested a different contractor. The second one diagnosed the freezing problem to clogged filters (we had just had our floors replaced) and the noise was not the blower motor but the air going through the intake!
However, this guy replaced one filter and left the other inlet open. I changes the filters and the noise went away!
When I tried to call AHS and report the problems I was stuck on hold so long, I forgot why I called! Home warranty companies are all the same...they all suck!
