I had nothing but problems with a company they used for a service call. You also sit on hold for 30-45 minutes when you call if you can get through at all.
I cancelled my service & they continued to bill me & never canceled it.
When I demanded again they cancel it..customer service tells me they can’t credit my account or do anything until customer retention calls back! I explained the House was sold & I had no reason to keep it.
That still wasn’t good enough! Never pay for this “service!”
