I have been on the phone over 45min. to talk
to someone about a coverage. all I get you call will be answer the next available rep.now am getting your wait time is 15-30. the service was done to fix the leak, but was told that I had to call and put in another service call for the leak with the faucet. he can only fix the leak with the pipe. the other leak was discover while running water to see what needs to be repair. i'm still on the phone waiting for someone to pick up started at 11:12am. it is now 12:38 I will hang up the wait is terrible.
