I have had HWS for 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for the new house to be rekeyed. When I try to call HWS, I am on hold for 30 or more minutes and when I try to call the rekey company they are never there.
It seems they must be very short handed and I am not sure of the vetting process used to find service people. The biggest pain in the *** is listening to that *** music while being on hold so long.
At the very least, they should offer a call-back number. We never had this problem with our home protection company in Richmond.
