Dear AHS,

I have been a customer of yours for 11 years. I have had a water heater replaced in those years.

I was so impressed with the service, I recommended you to both of my kids. Thus the problem.

1. Your call center isnt even in the US. Shame on you.

When you do get a hold of someone, they have no way of transferring a call to a supervisor or manager, or even to the US for that matter. No Wonder the service has gone down hill.

2. Now to the problem. My daughter has been without hot water for 2 weeks!

Can you and your family go without hotwater for 2 weeks? She was told that AHS has to order the water heater and ship it to the contractor. If the contractor was able to get the water heater from its own distributor, they could have it within a day. Why have you chose to do business this way?

What happens when it is 20 below zero and the furnace goes out.

The person in the Phillipines has to deal with it? Does that take 2 weeks as well? This is such poor customer service. You get no where when you call!

My name is Lynnette Dressler, I live at 8221 W Beloit Newark Rd. Beloit, WI. My daughter is Misty Traver, (you know, the one who has had NO hot water for 2 weeks) she lives at 1013 Garfield Ave. Beloit, WI

This situation needs to be taken care of.

Before we all find a new company to deal with! I need to speak to someone in the US, in management!

It is crazy to get this kind of service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
