In Nov 2020, our sub-zero refrigerator/freezer did not operate as designed. A technician was dispatched in a timely manner.
His assessment of the repair required the replacement of two parts. The Warranty company ordered the wrong part and closed the work order as being completed. The representatives continuously lied about the status of the work order to both me and the technician. It was only after I demanded that they reopen the work order that the correct part was ordered.
Three months later (Nov, Dec, March) almost to the day, the part was received and the technician completed the repair in less than an hour.
Inattention to detail, poorly trained customer service representatives, and a total lack of professionalism describes this company's performance. They are not a reputable company and should be shut down until they learn basic skills required for efficient customer service.
User's recommendation: "DO NOT ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY!" IF YOU CHOOSE TO DISREGARD THIS WARNING, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!
