I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT TECH. THAT ANSWERED REQUEST.

HE REPORTED THAT MUD HAD WORN OUT THE PUMP. WE HAVE HAD RAIN ALL DAY, AND MY DEN IS FLOODED. I CAN HEAR THE MOTOR RUNNING, BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO PUMP OUT WATER. HE DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS, NOR MESSAGES LEFT.

HE DID NOT BOTHER TO CHECK AND SEE IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER PROBLEM. IF THE MOTOR IS WORN OUT, HOW CAN IT BE RUNNING NOW. I CAN HEAR IT ACROSS THE ROOM, YET THE WATER HAS OVERFLOWED AND IS EVERYWHERE.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE EARLY THIS MORNING AND NO ANSWER, LEFT MESSAGES, STILL NO ANSWER. I AM NOT ACCUSTOMED TO THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM AMH.

Why do you need to contact the tech, after hours, after it was determined that AHS does not cover the item or the condition? If you need to reach anyone about your claim, contact AHS.

If you want to hire the contractor outside of the home warranty, you will be able to reach them. Otherwise, don’t bother them with your AHS policy dispute.
