I have Microwave down took 3 month to get part and finely when tech come to install he drop my Microwave and now no body giving me any answer, I am been calling them every day, they tell me somebody will give you call and I have not got any call from them, every day same answer, in two weeks it will be four month still not fixed. This is so frustrating I been paying every moth and also paid service fee in begening and not getting service.

I will wait till his week if any update I get if not I have to think take some action if I can file police reports. Because this Microwave is part of my combo with built in Microwave Oven.

Product or Service Mentioned: Microwave Repair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer service and quality of work.
