For the second time, one of our central A/C units went out. For the second time AHS sent the same repair service to fix it.

For the second time they (both) are playing the blame game as to who is at fault with our system being out for over a week and will be down the rest of the week. AHS says the compressor will arrive here on Friday 8 June. They ordered it on 30 May. I happen to know of a warehouse 40 miles away full of them.

Why it should take so long to get one when any local repairperson could have one in shop in a couple of hours is confusing to me.

It is also unacceptable. My grandchildren, who I only get to see for 2 weeks each summer are sleeping downstairs on mattresses on the floor instead of the rooms prepared for them upstairs because either the process is broken or the personnel are incompetent or uncaring.
