I was dissapointed with the service from AHS. So I just bought another hotwater heater.

After I purchased and paid for the heater and labor, I called AHS and complained again. I wanted to change home warranty companies. When I spoke to a rep by the name of Seaneyse I changed my mind. She said she was so sorry I had to go through that experience without understanding about the modification section, but she was going to contact the claim department and explain the happening.

I felt like AHS did care about their customers.

She said with the proper receipts AHS would refund the cost of the heater and labor. I felt so much better that I decided to continue to use AHS.
