Service tech came out on 6/9/15 for a/c and said that we needed a compressor. I received an e-mail from AHS that the compressor had been ordered.

It is now 6/21/15 and no a/c. Tried to call AHS twice but was put on hold and then disconnected. I sent two e-mails, the first response was to tell me that the part was ordered, which I already knew. No response to the second e-mail after two days.

Since the heat index is 106 degrees, we had to purchase a portable a/c unit to cool the living room/dining room/kitchen area. I am a reasonable person, but this is ridiculous. How do I know that the compressor has really been ordered?

Do they have an ETA or a tracking number for the shipment? I believe that AHS is dragging their feet in the hope that we will get tired of waiting and pay for the repair ourselves.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Live in Florida. Contacted them on 6/27/15.

It's now 7/8/15 and still no compressor either and no one knows when.
