First claim - ac was out . Took ten days and dozens of call to ahs to reach anyone.
Lots of 45 minutes waits and then being cut off. Finally reached someone who scheduled appt several days later. They did not show up or call. Tried again for days finally called credit card co to dispute charges.
It is not over yet. Should have checked with Bbb, over 6000 complaints against ahs.
Called local ac company who came out same day and repaired ac. They told me local co that handled ahs service calls was very bad with many complaints and that it was lucky for me they did not show up."
