American Home Shield - Pool Heater service

I am very disappointed with the service. Firstly it took over a week to get the vendor to show up. He showed up but I have not been provided a Dispatch number so that I can check on the work order status. I need to know what is happening withy pool. The vendor you provided me - Aquarius Pools - never picks up the phone - so it is impossible to find out from them what is going on. Absolutely terrible customer service.

American Home Shield - Leaking pipe

After a technician submits a report that a water line is leaking within a wall space, it is now 6 days since the report and a repair has not been authorized. Their solution is to turn off the water to the house and wait. There is no way to contact the authorization department so we need to just wait.

Details
After months of haggling AHS finally admitted I did not owe them money as I had cancelled my policy months earlier and they found that noted in my file. Then I got three more collection notices which I called about and got apologies and was told I owed nothing. Now, I am getting phone calls from a collection company. I am about to hang myself.

Just wanted the a/c co to come back out as the a/c was still leaking. I called customer service to request service and she had no idea what to do. Barely spoke english. I then called the a/c co. directly. They were great! Please have customer service reps that can communicate. So frustrating.
