American Home Shield - Worst service ever
our oven broke and for over 2 months they did nothing but give excuses and lies about their service, they couldn't fix the oven and only offered 200 dollars for replacement on a double overn that costs around 2K. Worse service ever spent hours on the phone with no results and only *** I will never recommend them or use them again. save your money and use that for repairs instead of giving it to them.
Every time I need to reach them I wait more than 45 mins to an hour. I never had an issues before but this last time I called for a leak in my tub and a stoppage issue. They sent a plumber. Both issues were plumbing. I paid 75.00 for the fee they charge. They upstopped...Read more

American Home Shield - Too long wait on phone
Have tried 3 times today to get a hold of to cancel my warranty. 15 min, 15 min. Spoke with someone in sales. Only way to cancel is to talk to the retention department. He explained that the wait time is 1hour 15 min minimum. No other way to cancel. On hold again now. This is awful!

American Home Shield - Total spam, worse customer service
Worse customer service! signing up with them is very busy process. Contractor came to my house 4 times and did not fix the problem but damage my property wall. I call 5 times over and over being in line for 60 minutes every time to explain the situation and let the insurance company know about the damage. however, they hang up on me every single time after being in line for 60 minutes. I kept calling and finally asked to cancel my contract. She said they have to call me back regarding the cancelation within 24 hours. OMG.... are you kidding me? The service is horrible. Its not worth your money dealing with them.
