I do not want to pay $125 until I know my problem is covered. We had our air conditioner serviced and were told we have leaks in the ducts in the attic. I cannot reach anyone by phone.

No one available for repairs
This is the second time I have called for service repair. I paid the first time I called. Not updates. I called again today and still no one in my area to fix toilet. Customer service girl was in the Philippines, first girl was in the Caribbean. Im going to cancel and demand refund for each month I paid the premium and for service call. If Im not in their network, they should have told me when I signed up. Piece of *** company. Do not sign with them

Lack of service provider
I submitted a request for an electrical issue but the service provider assigned refused to help. There appears to be no other electrical provider in this area who can help. I am very disappointed with AHS who I have paid monthly fees for almost 9 years. There should be backup resources available and yet there obviously is not.

AHS offered me a cash out option which I took it. I had to have the AC unit fixed and they were going to send me a check for the repairs. Well, after sending them a copy of the receipt by email like they had said, I still have not received a check. So I'm out $849.00. The receipt I got when I paid the company stated how much I owed them on the invoice. So I paid it. The company handed me the invoice but it doesn't say paid. None of the bills I get when I send them in to pay them say paid. So AHS, doesn't want to accept the invoice I paid because it doesn't say paid.

This home warranty is faulty. They continue to assign contractors that scams people and do not provide excellent customer service. I told them that I didnt want a specific company coming to my home after I reviewed the reviews, they highly forced me to take this contractor. Long story short Ive been without hot water for almost a month. They dont care especially with me telling them I have a new born baby in the house along with my other children.

Call for plumbing service on Saturday, they came out Tuesday, worked on the kitchen sink stoppage , ask if I knew what stopped it up, I said I put hamburger meat in the disposal. Then the said I put it down the drain, it was covered then not covered all week, I let them know I was going out of town for a week and still did nothing to fix the problem. I went out of town and when I got back called another plumbers d it was unstopped right away. Never , never use American Home Shield or Mr Rooter.
