I've tried writing to their headquarters but the email gets bounced back. I tried using my personal and work email. It's convenient for a company to offer such fake services and then not let anyone reach them.

It has been 2 months since my dishwasher has broken and no replacement yet. I understand appliances are hard to get nowadays but no one informed me it was backordered until 3 months later. I called and without exaggeration, have talked to no less than 10 customer service reps and each one gives me a different solution and a different policy. They won't transfer you to someone higher, promise to call you back but don't, kept me on hold for 43 min without coming back. I have started recording the names and conversation because I'm not what deterrent tactics they are trying to do.

Ive talked to numerous reps, that keep giving me the same song and dance. Ive contacted them 17 times total. Ive yet to recieceve not one email not one phone call not a usmail letter nothing. Over a microwave. You cant even file and submitt a complaint on there website directly.

It was not resolved as I am out $6,950 because I was not told to ask to be able to use an outside contractor to fix my a/c-heating unit.The contractors AHS uses REFUSED to go higher than 15 on an outside ladder to repair the a/c-heating unit.

Ahs not honoring contact

The company contract says, if they can't fix it then they will replace it.

I have been a ahs customer for years, I called for service on my gas boiler, no service personnel ahs sent out to my home could not fix my heater, I was told that I needed to find a service person that could fix it. I called numerous companies and had no luck, I'm wondering why ahs didn't replace my heater. The contract specifically says, if we can't fix it we'll replace it. I kept getting the run around everytime I called ahs.why is the company not honoring the contract? Thank you.

My air conditioner is not getting cold

Still no resolution. Wanted me to pay another $1000.00 dollars. For Freon that is not my fault. K an W company is responsible. I'm going on social media with my 4000 friends and try to make them lose money. Also Channel 5 news in Atlanta will help. I spoke to them yesterday. I'm a retired Veteran with cancer. We will see. At 68 years old now is not the time.
