Poor cust svc

Hers and his plumbing. A poor choice by your company. Very incompetent, poor scheduling skills, poor customer communication skills. Unprofessional!!!! All your representative would do is make excuses on their behalf. How bout get another true professional plumbing dispatched ASAP. 7 days without hot water and I have to be the one ask why my appointment time/needs not met!!

Firstly, AHS has not responded to me! Halo the job was completed by an HVAC technician. Who suggested a plumber complete the work. AHS could not get me a plumber that could work on a Hydronic system, as per support their system has no option to enter this type of HVAC!! Eventually I have found a plumber that has worked on this type of system and has on similar issues with other condos in this complex. Unfortunately this company is not registered with AHS. And I have to pay out of pocket, because their system cannot find an appropriate plumber! Couple of their technicians just "no access" because they didn't want to work on this unit! I should be reimbursed.

Trying to connect to a person who can help me

I have been trying to get my dishwasher replaced. It broke down in June last year. In December sears told me it could not get fixed. So far I have talked to several people regarding replacement with no succes. I have been without a dishwasher for 7 months now. Is that not long enough? Please let me know where to go from here

Poor customer service - no contact link on web site, phone contact person usually speaks English poorly

American Home Shield, a home warranty company, has not paid for a failed electric water heater (electrical arcing with burnt insulation on side of tank). They have: not contacted me with any explanation not provided a copy of invoice as stated over phone not given me a Service Request #### for use in all communications AHS website links my email address with an expired contract, so I am unable to create a new account. AHS has not resolved this issue even after explaining the situation.

No contract sent

I joined American Home Shield back in July,with first payment to come out in August. I requested a copy of my contract from them, and they said they would send it out. Well it's November now, and I have called numerous times and still no contact. If they can't do something simple like send me a copy of my contract,how can I trust them to get something fixed when I need it???

User's recommendation: Haven't had a chance to use them yet. There people who answer the phones,which I believe is based in the Philippines are unreliable.

Dismissed claim?

My dishwasher has had issued since April 2021. You sent out an inept company, Acord Appliance. I complained and received money back, however, they had taken off gaskets. I asked later for a different company and this company was denied repair due to gasket off! You understand that your previous company took gaskets and now you are denying me repairs. I even offered to pay for gasket part but still denied. I request my money back from last company, Zen Appliance. Zen Appliance was a great company but their hands were tied due to previous company's incompetence. I have since purchased a new dishwasher. Your warranty was of no use to me. Please reimburse my money since I was not able to get it repaired. I did officially complain about Accord Appliance way before I went with Zen. I anxiously await your reply.

Contractor not doing due diligence in resolving issues at hand

It's about my GE Andora dryer, three request were made in 09/27, 10/04 and 10/18/2021. Not fixed as of this writing. Had called customer service and requested a new contractor.

Cancel/ Call center terrible help.

Please tell me the process for canceling a policy. I have been trying to get a washer and dryer fixed since 11 July 2021 and the part still isn't order. They keep telling me the part is order and will arrive on 19 Aug 2021 it's September 7 people. I have called twice every week and same response. We will send a email to our parts department and go from there. Nothing is happening. So when my current problem is fixed I would like to know how to cancel my account.

They do not have companies they assign that care about the customers and do the work in a timely manner They charge you and leave you to frustrate yourself contacting and setting appointments Some of the companies do not reply for days if they do at all Really bad

AHS No response from customer service

I have called your cust serv team (located in the Philippines) numerous times over the last 4 months regarding non repair of my washing machine. AHS has sent out two different Appliance companies. The last co tech told my husband that he needed to order a balancing sensor and would call when it came in so he could install it. We heard nothing more from him (Appliance Tech) and his company reported to AHS that they had fixed the washer. When in reality the tech did absolutely nothing to repair it. I have call every 2 weeks for the last 6 weeks to AHS cust serv and keep getting the run around. I asked for a supervisor to call on two different occasions and never received a call back nor an email. We have been customers of AHS for over 20 years. I can not believe this is what AHS has come to. Very unhappy and want at this point my washer replaced. Your last appliance co lied to us and to you. AHS is the one that picked the contractor that came out, not us. Would someone in TGE USA please contact regarding this.
