OPEN SERVICE

I'VE HAD A SERVICE OPEN SINCE 06/13/2022 IT'S 08/02/2022 EVERY TIME I CALL FOR THEY SAY THEY WILL CONTACT US AND GIVE US AN UPDATE, I NEVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM. THIS IS VERY UPSETTING. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE HOLD BACK

Need to speak with someone of Authority

We have been customers for over 30 years. Never had one problem until recently. Garage door not working, reported in April, company sent,started teardown of unit, left us stranded. Called so many times trying to get this taken care of. It is the end of July and still no one has attempted to follow up on our calls to AHS.

Extremely extreme bad service and issue

Came out to see a working AC unit and tres to charge again for a call back to look at the broken one. Call back contractor informed me they dont typically service my area and if I wanted the issue resolved I should call again and ask for reassignment. American Home Shield is not sure they have a contractor for my area but they are quick to ask for my 100 dollars and reviews Leta see if the escalation team calls back before Tuesday.

Lack of service provider

I submitted a request for an electrical issue but the service provider assigned refused to help. There appears to be no other electrical provider in this area who can help. I am very disappointed with AHS who I have paid monthly fees for almost 9 years. There should be backup resources available and yet there obviously is not.

Pay for no svc.

Paid for the a/c check $75.00 and they showed but nothing was done. They also filed a form which closed the acct saying they completed the job. No refund or anything from American Home Shield. Nothing

For someone to do the job

Moved homes and received an additional fee of $70 for "Admin"

Have been a customer for years and we moved to a different home. They charged us an admin cancellation fee of $70 and had to start a new account for the new home? Tried to reach them for weeks, with no reply.

User's recommendation: be careful - customer service is weak.
