I was not satisfied. Conerly Electric did nothing. Talked. Would like my money back. I just gave home shield a 100 dollars for nothing. Don’t know I how much longer I will be with this company.

Didnt do anything.Nothing happened I stopped with this company before because of poor service. This happens prior with me having a hard time getting my money back because of incompetence. Yes I put up a ring doorbell. I wanted my regular doorbell fixed and its still not wired. More money out of my pocket

Updating my credit care information gone bad

Every time I call AHS and wait on the phone for a representative, the phone hangs up on me when someone answers. This has me ready to do my business elsewhere instead of paying a monthly payment and can not have my time respected.

Account payable

Been a customer of America home Sheild for 13 years and now I began to have problems with my payments. On August 8th my Bank of America account was debted for $ 79.99, in September a money orders was mailed and received on October 1st , a money order was sent and received, on November 8th a cashier check from Chase Bank was mailed and received by AHS. I have received an email stating my receipt have been noted to my account.

User's recommendation: Keep all payments receipts made to AHS and record all communications with customers services representatives in the Philippines.

Extreme dissapointment

I have had no heat for 2 months. I am a senior with health issues. I am told by the contractor that they sent the furnace to the wrong location. I call every day, but cannot get a status update. I am thinking of calling a lawyer.

I called put on hold and then cut survey. No one answered the phone just a survey. End of call. The company responses but same problem last year. Switch not replaced

My service order of July 6, 2021 for my oven has not been resolved

I call every week for an update. I am told the same thing by different agents. They are waiting for an authorization from Sear to proceed. The parts for this oven is unavailable. The oven needs to be replaced. This has been verified. My husband and I are Senior citizen (beyond 76 years old with Cancer &;;; COPD) we are on a fixed income and can not continue to order baked foods from outside. This company should live up to their promises, fix it or replace it with in 22 - 30 days

Denied repair

Dishwasher complaint since April 2021. You sent out an inept company that took gaskets, did not repair. After several phone calls to the company, Accord Appliance, I asked for a refund. I immediately complained to AHS. Now, a new company, Zen Appliance, was assigned. They could do the repair but AHS denied it due to previous company, Accord, took gaskets off. You previously sent company now made it a no repairable item. Really! I am asking for my money back for Zen repair request. Zenn is a great company.

Terrible customer service

Sent wrong vendor who gave a16 hour service window. Then assigned another vendor who did not make the window the next day. This created 2 days of wasted time waiting for repair people. Limited access (none) to an American or corporate contact. Problem still not resolved.

No Customer supporrt

AHS sent the same incompetent plumber (Aaron Plumbing) to my home, and I am still trying to resolve the leak they left me with. They never answer their phones, AHS put in a recall for them to return, and they never came back. Now I have to call a real plumber on my own and pay a second fee. AHS told me I had to resolve the problem with the plumber myself. The plumber told me AHS had to call them. Im stuck with water leaking and when I told the plumber that he told me to stop running water. Since he never came back, I guess he meant forever.

No service for 4 weeks

no septic service for 4 months no calls to me to what ahs is doing- inaccurate information-horrible customer service-foreign language i can not understand
