Got an email to renew my policy. Call the number on the email.
Push a bunch of buttons and then finally get to billing department. Wait on hold 43 minutes. The unfriendly agent, with no apology, tells me I I called the wrong number (the one they told me to call in the email) and I'm transferred to another department.
The new agent condescendingly tells me I should have opened an account online and renewed it there instead. How much harder can I work to give them MY money???
