I tried to cancel in July 2019 for the usual reasons--lousy customer service, bad contractors, etc .I'd had the plan for more than a year.
Everything seemed fine until late October, when AHS deducted a payment on my credit card.
When I finally reached a representative, I was told that I'd agreed to 2 free months and would then resume paying for the plan. I never agreed to such a thing and have never heard of such a bizarre offer from any company.
I was told the issue would be investigated. It was not, and I have received two letters demanding payment and threatening me with a collection agency.
I have wasted hours trying to reach these people with no luck. I've opened a case with VISA and the BBB.
I worry about my credit rating, which is perfect.
This company is horrible. How they stay in business is beyond me,
