I had called in December to request for service on my washer and dryer. They supposed to charge me $75 service fee but since whoever took the call only put the request for my dryer.
I was told by the tech who fixed my dryer that the washer wasn't put in on the request. So when I called AHS, the the person that helped me told me that I will need to pay the $75.00 again but will be refunded back to me. It's been almost 2 months and I still don't have my refund from them. I kept calling their customer service which is base in the Philippines and they cannot even help me.
All the do is follow up with the company and no one is responding to them. Even when I cancelled my account they charged me 1 month of my payment for cancellation even though my contract was up.
Monetary Loss: $75.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
