June 11th, I'm still waiting on my check. They can't provide a tracking number..smh.

this is comical, I work with Soldiers.

I'll definitely spread the word on AHS for new home buyers. I'll update every week until someone answers this review.

I replaced my water heater with a tank less one. I was told by home shield that they would pay a third of the cost after the installation.

I sent them the invoice and was told a check would be on the way. four weeks later I was told the check was sent to the wrong address. How did my check go to the wrong address when this is the only address on file? I was told I had to wait 21 days for the check to be cancelled.

This all happened in March. It's the 24th of May and I still haven't received anything yet.

When I call in I'm always directed to a worker not a manager or anything else or transferred to the financial department. I'm a disabled veteran, I should not have to deal with this.

Product or Service Mentioned: American Home Shield Homeowners Policy Claim.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Send me the check!!!!!!.

I didn't like: Customer service is terrible.
