10 days ago, we put in a service request with AHS as our fridge/freezer wasn't cooling anymore. It took 3 days before any parts were ordered and then finally today we were supposed to have them replaced.

Wrong! We were just informed that AHS had sent the wrong parts (apparently happens all the time according to the technician!!!) and we will have to wait another 3 to 5 business day for the repair to be completed. This takes us to 16-17 days without a fridge (and we do not have an extra in the garage or so) so lots of extra money spent on smaller shopping and restaurants.

AHS will not expedite the parts and will not reimburse the service fee. I am disgusted with their customer service and will definitely cancel our contracts (have more than one) as soon as possible!

We are now in our 6th week without having the issue resolved! Even though in the beginning we were told that we could not get a second opinion, they are now sending out another company because the first one gave up.

I wonder how much longer it will take them to replace the fridge. Worst customer service ever !!!
