In Aug. on a Fri.

about 6pm our toilet backed up. I call AHS and the lady was rude and said she couldn't anyone here till probably Monday. We could not go the weekend without a working toilet. I called All American plumbing and they came and took care of the backup.

It cost us $152. What is AHS problem. They advertise 24/7 for service. When I called them the next day to cancel the service call, I was told they hadn't put it thru yet.

I was not a happy person. Today Sept. 16th I called and was put on hold for 45 minutes the first call. I had to hang up, but called back 3 hrs.

later and was put on hold for 45 minutes. This is unacceptable and VERY poor customer service. I want to be reimbursed the $152. I was rold they renewed my contract without getting my ok and raised the rate.

My current contract is good until Nov.11, 2018. I am really upset with them.

Reason of review: customer service.

Monetary Loss: $152.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

American Home Shield Pros: First time i needed them for a repair was great.

American Home Shield Cons: Had to hire outside company to do the job.

$152 is a great deal. Why would you even need AHS and all the aggravation in your life. Save your premium every month instead of paying them, and take care of your needs as you have done here.
