The person never showed up and did not call to cancel the appointment. How do I get my refund from you all taking the money out of my bank account before time.
I called in January for to get this and the information that I was giving was they would start taking the $49.99 out of my account on February 24,2021 but in stead they took it on the 23 of February there was no money in my account at that time when I spoke with this person name Eric I said make sure that you don’t take it out until the 24 of February he I will make sure but they took it out on the 23 of February and the bank charge me for that payment of $49.99 plus a nsf of $25.00 dollars I have been calling about this matter every sense they are giving me the run around she said that they’re going to refund me back the $25.00 dollars because it was there fro but I have not received anything yet and I have not gotten the paper work showing me what I have order fist time they said in 10 days and been about 2 in half weeks so when I talk to them on March 3 on Wednesday they it will take 20 days asking for my email address both times haven’t emailed me yet about anything I guess they took it upon themselves to take it out on the 23 of February in which I knew that there was not going to be any money in my account that is why I told them 24 of February they me that for now on it will be taking out of my account on the 23 of each month which will be the same problem that is going on now I am trying to set up for every 29 of the month so I will call it in or go online make a payment if my nsf of $25.00 dollars is not in my account by the 10 of March I will be stopping the payment for the 23 of this month

Scheduled repair for 7/11. Sears cancelled appointment...no part.
I Chatted today, 7/23 for status said part is back ordered with not ETA available. Part is readily available on line that I can purchase myself and install, but would like the $125.00 credited to my account.

How long does it take to get cash out for my airconditioner.
American home shield claim they could not fix my air conditioner they claim they were going to call me with an offer for a cash out for my parts for air conditioner they have yet to all me I always end up calling them to get the run aaround.

This offered amount is based on what American Home Shield would expect to pay for parts and labour for covered items less than the incurred cost of the contractor’s diagnosis.

Totally agree. I have called today, trying to get an answer to a service request I've place twice. Once 5/10/20, 7/17/20. Was told by the automated system before I decided to wait to speak to a representative will be approx. 1 hour, so far as I write this it has been 40 minutes. Totally unacceptable!! Don't give me the reason for the wait is due to the virus, this has been a long going with issue with AHS for as long as we have a contract with them (15 years). Interesting, AHS took the service call cost out of my checking account after the first request was made.
