I have been waiting for a resolution to my broken dryer. I have called at least 15 times with wait times of over 30 minutes or more each time.
The longest time was 2 hours with no resolution. I am very upset that I can not get someone in the united states so that I can understand them. Although I have complained and complained I have not received a call or gotten a resolution to my many calls. I want to know what you are doing with my dryer.
You can also cancel the air conditioner call I put in because they never came out and I got it repaired on my own. Please credit my credit card the 100 you took out and paid the ac people that never came. I will report this to the BBB within two days of this email and continue to slam your company until I am satisfied.
Your service at its current level is not worth the money I am paying. The clock is ticking.
