I have had an account with AHS for a number of years. In the past, we have been very happy with the service we have received, and the resolution to our appliance problems...until this last June.
Our Bosch dishwasher is 16 years old, and has not been washing the dishes well. We put in a request for service on June 29th, and although we have had a very competent service technician come for diagnosis and repairs, the problem has not been resolved. After spending at least three hours here on two different occasions, our dishwasher is still not working correctly. He has concluded that the most cost effective way to solve our issue is to replace the machine.
Apparently, AHS doesn't agree and wants him to try to get the parts to fix it. In the meantime, we continue to pay our monthly bill to you for your service, with a promise of replacing appliances that are no longer working effectively, and we do not have a dishwasher that we can use. It is now August 10th, and we are getting very frustrated and impatient. Please resolve this quickly so that we can once again justify the fees we pay to AHS for services promised and provided.
Additionally, I have spent over 4 hours waiting on hold for a customer relations representative to answer my calls to request status updates. Any efforts made online have not been successful.
