I have been waiting over a month for service on my appliance. Said they didn't have any contractors.
After 2 missed window of time appointments, and no calls to say they weren't coming. They showed and said needed a part after 5 minutes. Asked when they would be back and they said had no idea. Scheduled apt for noon to 3 p.m.
apt and because of prior missed appts. called at 2 p.m. to check status. They were not going to make it again.
No help from American Home Shield customer service other than to reschedule.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Pay comparable price for dishwasher and get a replacement..
American Home Shield Cons: Lack of communication between vendor and ahs, No management available to resolve issues.
