Vendors are apparently independent contractors. However, refuse to provide invoices directly to insurance holder for work performed at time of work performance.

They will give a simple invoice saying they came. That’s it. When asking AHS copy of work orders they decline to provide.

How are they independent when they do not provide the outcome of their work performed, diagnosis, etc like a true independent vendor? Just think about that.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

The reason vendors don’t tell YOU, in writing or otherwise, what they think or know about your system, is that they are working for AHS, not YOU. YOU are not the customer, AHS is.

The info will be given to the service manager, and then presented to AHS in a way that minimizes AHS’ costs. They can’t tell you first, because it is proprietary information. Also, it will be disputed by YOU in order to have some advantage over the contractor or AHS. A blank piece of paper is what you get, with your model and serial number on it.

AHS gets the summary. Hire your own company and can AHS.
