every time i have a service request its because i have a problem and i don't have a week to have it resolved. I have a house with a single mother with 5 kids and a stopped up toilet and they say its not a emergency repair and it will take a week to repair.

you can't complain on line so you have to go to no service department. after waiting on phone for 20 minutes Michael got on phone and can't upgrade to an emergency so i asked to speak to someone else who might help. he put me back on hold and after about 20 more minutes i hung up. no help.

i then just for the heck of it i called the number to purchase a plan and guess what i got a answer the first ring. what does that say for them.

I put in an online service ticket , HWH was spilling water all over the basement , the shut off valve would not turn ....I was told by plumber it would take til Monday this was Saturday am ...called AHS was told not an emergency when I pressed she said she would try and get someone ...all the while water still running ...I called roto rooter they where there in an hour he switched out valve turned the water off ...I was told this was not an emergency ..read the fine print and do not call roto rooter ...what an awful experience ...
