My home was flooding due to a broken water heater. AHS was notified, said someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. I said this was unacceptable because my home was flooding. I told them I was going to call a plumber myself. They said to have him submit a bid. I told them there was no time for that and I had to have my plumbing fixed asap. I sent them the bill ($192.00) for the repair and was denied reimbursement. My wife called to cancel our policy and she was understandably upset. The customer service rep she talked with (who she could barely understand) laughed at her. This is the worst company I have ever had dealings with.
