We had a leak in a capped pipe on an exterior wall. It was very easy to put in the service request online.

The contracted company called promptly to set up an appointment. The leak ended up blowing out the cap and our appointment was moved up. That was when things went south. They denied our claim because the cap was no longer attached to the house.

After 4 hours of phone calls to a myriad of rude uncaring people, it was determined that they would have covered the repair of the leak, but not the catastrophic blowout. Make any sense. Not really! Their attitude is to come up with anything to not have to pay.

Everyone we spoke to was rude except for the retention lady who gave us a credit on our next service call. Very clever to try to keep us. This company has no integrity and their customer service is awful.

Even with the credit, I'm not sure we want to try them again and risk the frustration of dealing with such an awful company. Only good thing was the plumbing company they sent was professional and did a wonderful job.
