In mid July I requested service on my microwave and refrigerator. One company came on the 24th and did nothing, they were useless...I then requested Sears for a 2nd opinion.........

the refrigerator tech came on the 29th and said the refrig had to be replaced.... all my food in the freezer was spoiled and had to be thrown away..... who is going to pay for that? I haven't heard from AHS regarding the replacement.....

on the 31st, the sears microwave tech came over to repair the microwave....

he needs to get AHS permission to get the part and come back to repair it....he said he would notify me when they let him approve the part.... have not heard from him

every time I try to call AHS it is an hour wait or longer....now it is causing the battery on my phone to die....

I have been a customer for 22 yrs and never have had this happen to me that I can remember
