New ReviewerI have been calling for almost 2 weeks trying to get the contractor back out to my house to fix my washer. I have been calling American Home Shield for almost 2 weeks and they couldn't reach the contractor as well.
They have left voicemails and so have I.
I have been with AMS for 7 or 8 years and this has been the worst experience with the contractor that AMS company has to offer. I called to cancel my contract on Saturday, come to find out they didn't even cancel my contract nor did anyone from AMS try to call me back as I ask with any of my concerns.
Again, this has been the worse experience ever.
I will be finding another home warranty for my house.
Someone who appreciate my business and my hard earned money. Remind you all, I have never missed a payment within these 7/8 years.
